Selected Scriptures

Every holiday season brings many memories back to our minds: good and bad; and it all to often that we become fixated on the latter. Yet, for the Christian, the glorious truths of salvation, propitiation, and glorification in Christ Jesus are our source of joy all year round, and are the foundations in our praise and thanksgiving to God. However, there are other ways that God has chosen to reveal his love and grace, not only to his elect people, but to all of mankind. This sermon looks at the often overlooked common graces for which we can always gives thanks.
