“Iron Sharpens Iron, and one man sharpens another.”
— Proverbs 27: 17

There is more to the Christian walk than just arriving to Church on Sunday and then returning home, only to repeat the next week. God calls us to a deeper relationship with him and with each other. Listed below are programs designed for spiritual and relational growth as well as ministry partners that we support in our walk with Christ.

Programs for further Fellowship and Spiritual Growth

Adult Sunday School

A time of reading and teaching through the word of God is held after service for adults to participate in the study and discussion of Scripture, led by one of our Church Elders. Discussion can be spirited, and hard questions are asked; although at times we agree to disagree on some of the non-essentials, our shared love for Christ remains steadfast. Periodically, Adult Sunday School may be set aside for larger events such as church dinners or special activities that week.

Bible Study & Prayer

Friday mornings 10:30-11:30am, we search the word of God in a relaxed time of in-depth study, lead by Pastor Tom. A time of Pray follows.

Childcare

We offer Nursery care as needed, and Children’s church for those youngsters up through 4th grade. We dismiss the kids to Children’s Church before the message, so all may learn the Word of God at a level appropriate for them.

Neighborhood Learning Center

Neighborhood Learning Center, a ministry based out of CCC, offers weekday daycare and nursery school for 3 and 4-year-old children and *Kindergarten. All of our children’s’ ministries features a Christian component that allows us to minister to the whole child—body, mind, and soul. With over 30 years of Experience each, our Director Dan Brosius and his wife Beth, as well as our entire NLC staff, are well equipped to help prepare children not only to excel in the world of academia, but also learn how to love God and their neighbor. We want to pour in Godly values into their hearts that will last a lifetime!

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, is a BIG DEAL here at CCC! All year long we encourage folks to stock up and keep an eye out for sales that would help fill a shoebox gift that carries the gospel to a needy child. We have a huge packing party in November every year and have been excited to send over 400+ shoeboxes each year in recent years.

Alliance Women

Our ladies gather together 4-5 times a year for special times and events filled with fun and fellowship; we also pray for various missionaries and promote their gospel work. Every first Friday of the month, is the Women’s Fellowship of the Chocolate Fountain.

Crossroads Pregnancy Care

We financially support CPC of Quakertown PA in its ministry to families, encouraging and resourcing them to choose life for their unborn babies.

Sandy Cove

We recommend Sandy Cove Ministries, located at the headwaters of the Chesapeake in North East MD, as a wonderful resource for folks looking for a vacation or time away to grow closer to each other and to the Lord.
