Philippians 2:5-8

We are to live like Jesus, including his humility. To be brought low is an odorous thing for many. Yet, this is what Christ did when he became man, and died on a cross. Paul — making his exhortation for christians to deny themselves and to instead prioritize others — records this early church hymn that describes the Humiliation and Exhalation of Jesus. This is sermon one of two focussing on this passage.
