Child Care
Two half days of daycare a week are required to utilize these services.*
1 Child / Additional Children
Second child discount is applied when two or more enrolled children from the same family are clocked in on any given day.

Overtime $15 / 15 mins
There is an additional fee of $15.00 per child for every 15 minutes and partial 15-minute block past 530pm. Children must be picked up promptly by 530pm to avoid fee.

Early Drop Off $15 / 15 mins
Early drop off is considered starting before 630am. This is possible for $15 for every 15 mins, but only with prior arrangements with Dir. Gramling.
Nursery School
Monthly / Yearly
$275 Registration and Material Fee (RaMF) Applies
*The two-day minimum helps your child adjust more quickly to school routines, and better establish relationships with fellow learners and NLC staff.

Yes, we ask families to commit to a consistent fall schedule with fixed days. This helps us provide reliable care and maintain appropriate staffing.
Yes, tuition is charged based on your contracted schedule, whether or not your child attends that day. We’re not able to offer day swaps at this time.
If you need care on an unscheduled day, please contact the Director. If we have space that day, we’d be happy to help, and an additional daily charge will apply.
You can pay in several ways:

We ask that payments be made weekly, and that your account stays current.
Yes! You’re always welcome to pay ahead if that works better for your family.
We understand that things happen. Please reach out to the Director if you’re unable to make your full weekly payment. After speaking with you, she may be able to arrange a partial payment plan. A minimum payment is required each week to hold your child’s spot.
All invoices, payments, and records are available through your Brightwheel account. You can easily access them anytime for personal use or tax preparation.
Yes, you will be billed for closures that fall on your scheduled days. This keeps your child’s spot secure for when we reopen. We’ll always give advance notice for scheduled closures.
Any inclement weather delays, early dismissals, or unexpected closures will be determined by NLC staff, and you will be notified through Brightwheel as soon as possible
